I think I am going to sell a small parcel of land I have just South of Grouse Creek for anyone who may be interested. It is a 10 acre parcel which we call the "Dunn Place". It is South of David and Eldon Kimbers homes, and directly West of the REA substation. We just don't ever use it, and have owned it for many years. It is flat land which has been farmed in the past. It has an old well located on the Northwest corner, but I have never filed on it, and I'm not sure if any water rights are available. Probably one could get culinary water rights for a home, but I would guess it would be difficult to get irrigation rights. Anyway, there is no guarantee of any water. The back corner of the parcel straddles the Grouse Creek, and the parcel is fenced on three sides. Access is from the Grouse Creek road, across a small established right of way across BLM land. Electricity is along the road frontage, and could easily be run to the property. If interested, I'm asking $14,000. , and I'm pretty firm on the price. Call me if you are interested at 435-257-6371.
