Kinda hate to post this after seeing how hot a topic the Mini Ranchettes was. But I'm interested in a small piece of property IN town... close to the Railroad tie house on the south end of town would be a plus. I'm Handicapped and I don't have a great deal of time left on this good earth and I would love to leave a piece of Grouse Creek to my Niece and Nephew who are Tanner's. Vacant lot or with structure or home is okay... prefer to leave the larger parcels for the ranchers. It can be ugly or an eyesore as I can still stand and not afraid of a little hard work.

There is currently a house for sale in Grouse Creek. It is the home owned by Carol and Steve Kimber. It is the first house you come to after you pass the church going north. I don't know the specifics, but they can be reached at (435) 723-7215.

Hmmm... Steve & Carol's Place... I know where it is. I'm kinda leaning to a vacant piece of property. I have most of the property Maps from the County Courthouse and there are three primary property owners... GCR, Boyd Warr and the US Gov.... with an assortment of the Kimbers and Tanners and smaller parcels...Simplot, Ruby Co... etc

I was quite surprised to see some scattered Tribal Land too... that was new to me.

So what is the going price per Acre now ?
