Randy Williams, Folklore Curator & Oral History Specialist at USU, and
Elisaida Méndez, Assistant Director of USU's Latino Voices Project, will
give an overview of NORTHERN UTAH SPEAKS, the oral History archives at
the Merrill- Cazier Library. They will share recordings and highlights
from the collections, including:
Fife Mormon Collection
Grouse Creek Cultural Survey
Living Traditions of the Bear River Heritage Area
Latino Voices Project
and the new USU Land Use Management Oral History Project
The presentation will be held 12 October 2007 at 7:00 p.m. at the Logan
LDS Tabernacle. The lecture is part of the Tabernacle Concert & Lecture
Series and is free and open to the public.
