I wouldn't personally hunt that property because I know how they feel about it. However, if you look at the map in the following link, you will clearly see that the use of the property has been traded for use of public lands in the CMWU program.

Some Cooperative Wildlife Management Units in the state have public lands included within their boundaries. When public lands are included the CWMU is required to provide public hunting opportunities to compensate. Some CWMUs have elected to open other private lands under their control to meet this requirement. These maps show private lands that are open to public hunting access through this program.
However there are numerous parcels on this map that are still not accessible by the general public because they are land locked by other private land and there isn't public access to it.
