The Multiple Listing Service now lists the price at $550,000. And the fishing for a buyer continues. :roll:

Well, the "Bo Peep" ranch finally sold to Doug Walker of Deweyville. You'll probably see him in Grouse Creek on weekends, working on getting things up and running again.
