My name is Jim Mecham. I'm the grandson of Max & Melissa Tanner / Gordon & Lorna Kimber Hadfield. Just stopping in to say how-d. I was the scrub in the store with the irrigating boots on. And the guy scurrying around in the ditches.

I am Bill Richins now living in Idaho Falls but originally from Oregon. I worked for Univ. of Utah for several years before moving to Idaho.

My dad was born in Grouse Creek in 1913 then moved to the Oakley, Burley area when he was 6. His grandparents were Albert Francis Richins and Mary Jane Jones. My grandfather, William Alma Richins, was born in Grouse Creek in 1885.

Dad passed away in 2005. My brother and I were born in Eugene, Oregon and have never been to Grouse Creek. We plan to visit this year, June 7 - 8.

Can anyone recommend a camping area near Grouse Creek for our stay?

I am Robin Kimber, I too am a part of the Chuck Kimber Clan. I enjoy going to Grouse Creek to get away from the "Rat Race" of life.
