The Multiple Listing Service now lists the price at $550,000. And the fishing for a buyer continues. Rolling Eyes

Well, the "Bo Peep" ranch finally sold to Doug Walker of Deweyville. You'll probably see him in Grouse Creek on weekends, working on getting things up and running again.
